Very strange food

The Vietnamese are notorious for “eating anything that moves”, but the ancient proverb returned to haunt people in Quang Ngai Province recently, when two people died and another became seriously ill after eating an unfamiliar species of snail. Travelers should be very careful about unusual food, often known in remote areas as “special delicacies” - sometimes even locals don’t know what it is.
